The front line of ministry for today is the local New Testament Church! The Church needs men and women who know what they believe, why they believe it, and how to share Christ in an increasingly anti-Christian climate. We need a trained Church to face the 21st century challenges. We need a Local Church Initiative – and BIA has just that! BIA is an educational institution and ministry birthed to help and aid the local church to train Christian workers for both professional ministry and lay ministry. BIA's Local Church Initiative is a program specifically created to aid the Church in equipping the saints to do the work of the ministry (Eph. 4:12). It has been developed with the individual pastor and church member in mind.
